HeresyHorus1 votesA potential 30% damage reduction ( if u have enough damage to outheal the DoT, which easy for ADC thanks to crits ) that is always up and synergizes with heals + shields too is way much better than a Shield just at the start of the fight.
Also the Lifesteal applies to ur spells + extra 10% cdr.

ADCs, Assassins, Fighters and even some AD tanks ( minus the on tanks ).
