A: Not new, this has been a thing for months B: This isn't specific to Yasuo. Several champions have been abusing the shit out of the "bruiser items", and Riot just haven't addressed all of them yet. Tank Fiora was bullshit, tank Akali turned her into a different champion, Steraks on ADC's were annoying, and tank Ekko is their current focus. Yasuo will have his turn. Right about now, Riot is focused on the competitive scene for Worlds in the fall. They are curently trying to make sure we get more than 3 picks out of every role by nerfing team focused champs like Gnar, Shen, and Sivir.

I have literally never won with a Yasuo top ever. I've attributed at least 40 losses to Yasuo top

Riot has turned Ap mid assassin into Ad toplane tank (Ekko). How much can you mess up actually? Btw i agree that tank Yasuo is most likely a sure win even if the player is bad, that build just does insane damage and is unkillable.

I rape yasuo top with Nasus. It's so easy that it isn't even funny. Yasuo is still a better teamfighter but, having 700+ stacks in that 30 min teamfight doesn't hurt though.

That is because thanks to his bug fix riot did, Which was the most annoying frustrating bug ever on Yasuo who was released 3 years ago, AND NOW. They FINALLY DID IT. No big deal. Thanks to the bug fix. His actually being played at full potential.
