Garen rework?

I have played league of legends many years. I love the game and it is a game i plan a playing a long time. But there has always been one disappointment. You Riot Games will probably just see this as another complain about a champion. But really i see from the champions good parts and its bad parts.

He is the problem i have had for a long time now. i find him pick quite often in ranked or perhaps tryharders in normal. Why i say tryharders i mean the ones that pick him for maybe 10% he is fun and 90% wanna win. But why pick Garen? Yes because he is the champ that tends to win around bronze to silver in ranked or just in normal. It is always the team with Garen that wins (not). I find him very unbalanced but me as a player will not have any compact with this discussion. The discussion to remake Garen. So hear me out will you RIOT GAMES rework Garen?

he just got a rework. and overall it was pretty well done.

hes actually the only one of the 4 reworked juggernauts who still works well in plat and above now and hasnt been nerfed to shit. considering that he always used to be a champion who stomped bronze and silver even harder, and wasnt worth much above gold, this is probably one of riots most successful reworks.

he also has a higher skillcap than many people give him credit for. players who are completely new to him tend to have a below 50% winrate. and players who are experienced with him have a very high winrate.

so even with a mechanically simple kit, there is a lot of nuance in positioning and decision making. the villain mechanic added to that, as its still not always the best idea to just charge at the villain. deciding when to ult him or someone else is important.
