Why is malazhar underplayed
His late game damage is op as fuk and can shred tanks faster

Immobile mage. QSS is really strong against him. His late game damage is ridiculous but you have to get there first.
Pretty much. He needs careful planning with your team in order to mitigate the effect of QSS. Malz scales so well though that he's useful even with lucidity and Morello's. An aoe silence, %mhp damage in an aoe, and an instant suppression are all extremely useful late game for protecting your carry and breaking the enemy frontline. But again, he's highly dependent on teamcomp regardless of whether you transition into a hard carry or are delegated to a semi-carry/support role late game.
I have no idea, but people want him to be buffed.
If Malzahar gets buffed, then they should also buff Katarina, Akali, Leblanc, Fizz, etc
don't forget kassadin...his "rework" made everything about him bad

why is this down voted he is toxic as hell
I know, he's such a solid, easy mid laner. I mean I feel like it's harder to actually lose games than to win them with him since he doesn't have any hard fall offs and you could just also make the enemy mid laner ragequit because of how impossible it is to counter Malz with most mids.
His damage is hard to hit and his ult can fuck him over in teamfights. He needs a lot of peel and coordination with his team to get his full combo off. Otherwise hes gonna get left behind channeling his ult
Because he hasn't been played in the LCS yet.
That's all the reason, if he were played in LCS just once, he'd get absolutely gutted.
boring as fuck
Because Riot refuses to make AD Malz more workable on Rift (Voidlings spawn at 8 stacks, AAs give one stack, spells give two, hard capped at two Voidlings, proccing with two Voidlings out heals the oldest Voidling and extends its duration by 7 seconds). AD Malz is hilariously fun to play and arguably the most unique ADC in the game.
The only true reason here is that he is a Dot based (which is already a meh to a lot of people) mage with really wierd mechanics. I main him and play him fluidly but the voidling and infection control (letting it jump to your own will to a champion) is quite difficult. You can push easily, but for most people it ends there. He has one of the most insane ap ratios and scaling with a tank destroyer with a carry immobilizer which will cost the enemy a item space with costs more than 1k gold.
Maybe because people who are not braindead will towerdive and camp him...
