All the nerfs that have been put on gangplank isn't enough! something needs to be nerfed about him I'm not completely sure what, but I just played a game fighting a gangplank top and I don't think anyone has carried a game so easily...ever. Gangplank who wasn't even fed would barrel me and my health would be halfed instantly, then autp attack and q and that would be it, free kill. So I think he should be number one on the "to nerf" list.

So no, gangplank doesn't need nerfs, he's fine where he is.

Slows them AND gives gp a movementspeedbuff so that they cant even trade in lane while he is a hyperscaling lanewinning champion with global ult? I hate him with a passion and even after playing him for 20 + games to find a weakness in his kit I just feel like he instawins most matchups if he isnt camped or a bonobo. Remove his slow on barrels and melees maybe can trade with him, that would be a great start, till that didnt happen he stays a must ban or dodge for me.
