Fix the Dark Seal Exploit

They might mean being able to stack multiple rings with say, corrupting potion.

Maybe clarifying what "the Dark Seal exploit" is could help to fix it?

Though Riot already knows that he's referring to the part where the Potion bolstering passive isn't unique. Allowing multiple rings to bolster the effect from corrupting potion.

All and All, I've only seen one champion use this exploit on a professional stage, Singed, and he's far from being OP. And seeing as I have not seen it on any other champ in any of my games, I'm guessing that Riot had decided that it was a non issue.
