can we pls do something about unfair accounts and actions that are against the TOU

so what do you all think of smurf accounts and the way people using them totally destroy matchmaking and the fun others could be having(if they did not exist in their games)

what do you think of farming bot programs in pvp games...who the,n after 3 months of inting hard and ''trolling'' games, become said such smurf account with such a low mmr they clim any ladder straight to plat 2 in less then one month...and that is after having a MATCH HISTORY OF NEGATIVES SCORES ALL THE TIME AND 70%+ LOSS, OOPS I ENTER RANKED AND BECOME A GOD?

what do you think of riot letting said bot account troll/ruin/int all the time play 20+ hours per day going from 1200 mmr to 500 and less in a steady decline( RUINING ALL GAMES FOR HUMAN PLAYERS DOING SO) and not being banned before a whole year! while we humans can get banned PRETTY FKIN FAST!

and no im not just pointing those things out to complain.... people have given countless ideas to fix this problem riot just wont do it for THEIR REASONS ill never understand why we can't choose IN NORMALS if we want a longer queue time for a QUALITY MATCH instead of forced in short queue BS MIX OF WHOEVER WTVR IS ON RIGHT NOW!

why can't we have a simple captcha at login to confirm WE ARE A HUMAN AND STOP THE BOTS FROM PLAYING! why has none of the good easy to implement ideas have not been taken into account by riot and nothing has changed for 8 years(or more!)

ive been playing for 4 years...and i educated myself a lot on all the things riot does wrong and there are a lot.... be careful playing this game by riot's rules, the amount of frustration this game can cause is UNIQUE! only if you truly dont care about anything that will happen or anyone that plays it can you really have fun and enjoy it.. REALLY! NOT THINK YOU ARE BUT ARE A ZOMBIFIED META SHEEP!

for the few, the proud, like me who will always questions something until you have proof of it or made your own tests and conclusion, keep ut the good work and dont let anyone make you believe anything out of sheer FAITH OR TRUST and to all those who complain about matchmaking well i say you are right IT IS BUSTED AND RIOT WOULD FIX IT IF IT WASN'T THE WAY THEY WANT IT TO BE! and to all those who will doubt me... your the good way, now start to doubt riot and keep going!
