Is it me or this item does not make sense it gives GREVIOUS WOUNDS while also giving you 15 Magic Pen and 70 AP BURST and 300 Health TANKINESS.

Most people just grab it too one shot people like if your not building this item your like TROLLING.

Cause even if they don't have a super healer bruiser on the enemy team the Adc is still gonna get some from life steal and his support.

When in actuality the main problem is there's no item diversity in this game makes stuff easier to balance which we should have cause 10 items for mages duh rest is niche ,but they refuse to balance stuff pretty sure riot just overbuffs a certain champion for a while.

So they start Maining that certain Champion people buy there skins and nerf it after the revenue for that champ is gone proceed to gut it then they overbuff another champion to get the people that started Maining that Champion to switch over and buy that champion skins.

After that Rinse And Repeat...

Mages have been pushed into the AP bruiser space in general because of riot intentionally reducing AP and AP based CDR across the board while increasing AD across the board.

Heres a simple thought experiment; what does more damage: 500 damage per 5 seconds or 101 damage per 1 second?

people use morellions a lot not because its op, but because they have no other options because ap itemization is under attack by riot and the community almost daily.

remember deathfire grasp? dead remember Abyssal Scepter? dead(and it didn't even give you ap.) Wizard's Regalia? dead, Will of the Ancients? Frankenstein into morellions along with Morello's Evil Tome. Moonflair Spellblade? removed with TT.

and a good chunk of the ap items in the game are basically used for support's exclusively.

oh and did i ever mention how bad itemization is for Ap bruisers?

and yes because the ap caster is going to build item 3115 for cooldowns. totally. (it's not even a good item for ap brusers i think I've only ever seen Azir use it effectively.)

imagine thinking ap burst mages are the only type of ap user in the game.

tho can't blame you with how riots trying to squish out the last vestaages of the AP DPS champions and how most the ap bruiser are almost never seen nowdays because of just how bad ap item have it.

The stats are barely over protobelt, which is 500g less expensive.

Compare it to Rylai's that is 400g less expensive.

Sorc shoes are a large part of the problem, not morello's.
