Enemies in range of Jhin's curtain call would hear the Curtain Call's Music while it is channeling.

It would be sick if enemies could hear the music of Jhin's Curtain Call when they are in range. However, if they are out of the range, the music fades away.

See, I don't want this for one simple reason: the music is all in Jhin's head.

Only the Jhin player hears the voices that echo Jhin's voiceover lines, because the "choir" only exists in Jhin's head. Similarly, the music that plays when Curtain Call is active is also only in Jhin's head. This, in turn makes for a great comparison between Jhin and Jhin's victims: Jhin hears music while he's creating art, while his victims are only hearing that big-ass gun go off.

I get the desire, but I personally wouldn't want the change for this reason.

I mean we hear Pyke's music whenever he enters his W, same for Warwick. Why not Jhin aswell?

I don't think you understand that it's actually intentional that enemy players don't hear their music. It's all in Jhin's head. It's a design choice for the character because he's insane. The same reason that when he shoots his victims, rose petals burst out of them instead of blood. He's performing 'art'. Everything he does is choreographed and 'perfect' in his mind. That's why even when he speaks, you hear melodic undertones.

Gameplay doesn't matter here, and actually takes away from the character. If you want the theme during his ultimate, play the character.

I'm not really sure why we go that route, but at the same time, when you step on a Jhin trap you hear musical back grounds ((extremely subtle and mixed with his voice)) touched into him whispering into your ear.

Tiny issue there, enemies also see his rose pedal bombs the same way jhin does, as a flower exploding into flower pedals instead of the actual thing they are, metal shrapnel bombs. How does that not break character but hearing the music would be?

That's intentional, as per this post from the Jhin AMA. I'd assume it's because, for a moment, you're standing in Jhin's magic and getting just a brief glimpse of how he sees the world... right before the thing blows up. Feels flavorful enough to me, whereas getting hit with a shoulder-mounted cannon would probably block out everything except the pain of the bullet :P

Thats so odd though given his traps are just "normal" shrapnel bombs, his gun is actually magic.

You hear Pyke's music as a warning, adds more counterplay.

Given Jhin's ult already has a blatantly obvious indicator I'm all for this change. It wouldn't really hurt his game play but add so much more atmosphere when playing against him.

The sound of death will finally be heard by all.

I thought all the music, effects (like a choir briefly being audible) in some of his voice lines and everything else were intentionally made only able to be heard or seen (his E leaving a flower trap on an enemy's body when he kills them) by Jhin, because it's all supposed to be in his head.
