What do you do after the laning phase?

Hi I'm a silver IV and it seems like after the laning phase my team just groups mid. I find myself confused as when I should go off and push in waves on the side lanes, when to go for certain objectives, and etc.. I am a mid main (Twisted Fate is my go to). Any advice from any elo will help :) Thanks and happy preseason!

This is where macro is most apparent, you pressure stuff.

Set a sidelane to slow push and go get either a pick (least important), tower or jungle objective.

Which to do gets specific as the game goes on, as well as who won/lost lane and the enemy teams comp, so i cant really get more descriptive then that

Look up some high elo players like apdo on youtube, and watch what they do.
