Sorry my english. Hello. What do you think about make in next season to no let play ranked with champion lower level 4. it will make ranked game more fun, less peoples "i just watch some youtube and i buy this champion i think im pro and will play like in video..."

Getting to level 30 took long enough for a lot of people, what makes you think its a good idea to make them wait months to get the minimum of 16 usable champions to that rank? Like me I have Sona: 7, Lulu: 7, Leona: 6. Nami: 5, Annie: 4, Vi: 4, Lux: 4 and thats all my level 4+ I tend to play them more often than the rest, but i can still play, taric, zilean, alistar, blitzcrank, ashe, etc. But I am not going to spend time getting them all up to level 4+. I would rather have fun than have to pick and chose 16 champions, then when i want to play another in ranked, level them up.

Kkirill1 votesthe idea is to make peoples go play normal game with new champions they just buy for get some exp. it will make rank game better with less feeders ... i just got ban for bad words XD... just becouse i get so many feeders/trolls/afk. btw i got 3 lvl 7,1 lvl 6, 7 lvl 5, 7 lvl 4m its not that hard to lvl 4

I know its not hard to get to level 4, but there are those of us who dont play more than 1-2 matches per day. To get a single champion to level 4 with 1-2 matches a day takes quite a while, then multiply that by 16.
