I Lost to champion ____ in ARAM so they should be permabanned.

Basically what you are saying. He isn't a guaranteed win so no point in having him banned.

Also I'm looking at the game you went against one and noticed you only had item 3065 for mr. Where was your item 3156 , item 3111 and item 3139 to help take less damage. Their only AD was Garen (cause lets be real Corki does 90% magic damage) and you built two armor items?

No champion is guaranteed win yet some are banned in urf
