Ok, this week i got so mad playing this game.

Players goinng to my lane 'cuzthey dont want to play adc/supp, while ignoring the fact that i said no ffs.
Wasteing 10+minutes in queue 'cuz kids are leaving the lobby (you know they didnt got their "main" role)
Trollers that after their 1st death are going to troll/feed/ing

#1. Can we get more severe punishments for players that are leaving the lobby? #2 If we got some kind of evidence that someone is intentionaly trolling, can we get them banned? I reported a lot of players for trolling/toxicity and nothing happened.

Toxic behaviour is often dealt with pretty quickly. Trolling on the other hand....not so fast unfortunately.
