The easiest way to climb and riot will never allow it cause it could potentially ruin the game

okay so recently ive been putting discord link in champ select and ive been finding it that the more people on my team that join the less toxic the team is in general and the more i win i havent yet lost a game with 5 man discord now if this is a very easy way to win why dont riot allow us to chat with our team mates in ranked lobbys instead of having to join a party like even when your team gives up like 2 kills in lane phase just beign able to say okay this is the plan now play safe till so and so and i will gank and beign able to hear the give you feedback is just so satisfying that i dont feel the need to flame my team...
