Really starting to hate this games performance.

Im getting 100 -300 ms every time i play this game. Its horrible because of how laggy it can get and i need to have good performance with all these fast champions now days. Whats weird is that i can't find the problem. Nothing wrong with my internet, i have a Ethernet cable plugged in too.

I mostly play other games now because they do much better for some reason. And yes they ARE online! I know lots of people don't have this experience, but i don't know whats wrong. This all started happening after season 9 patch and im pretty much sticking to bot games with my alternate account now.
