Help me pick a champion to play?

Hi! I've been really looking to try branching out to try some new champs and not just play my mains 24/7 (Some that I enjoy include Evelynn, Camille, Qiyana, Ivern) I feel like my reasons for playing a champion is amaybe a little different than why some other people play a champ, like for a certain playstyle and such. Rather, what I finally realized what I enjoy about a character is kind of the fantasy they fulfill, like the general feel the character gives off (personality/background/lore). So if anyone could suggest a main that fits my criteria I'd really apreciate it!

The main role I have in mind is Top or Mid, but honestly any role is cool

1. I've always been a big stickler on playing champs that are generally "updated", meaning like smoother models/voice lines/appearance/ animations etc. I'd rather not play an Udyr, with a clunky model and lame voice lines. TLDR, just not a champion thats hecka old, have some nicer voice lines and animations.
2. I really like champions with a distinct personality/ background. for example, like Evelynn is a flirty succubi, Camille has a sharp/cold tone, Qiyana's snobby rich girl personality and Ivern's happy-go-lucky theme. I feel like most champions fit in this category, and this ties into point one, since the ones without distinct personas are typically the older champions.

Extra - Actual playstyle-wise, I'm cool with mostly anything, if anything the one thing id NOT want though are those early-oriented champs, who have a strong early game and start falling off fast. Im not saying no to anyone whos a lane bully, but i just generally dislike poorly scaling champs.

Last minute add, but also I'd prefer something thats not too... "boring" in a sense. Like I'd rather not do something like Morgana, which anyone can pick up easily in a couple games, I like a challenge. But also just a champion that has a really unique trait/ability is nice :)
