Thats right. I played against silvers when I am clearly stated as a plat 5 player. That being said, this happened to me 4 games in a row. And then when i won 3 of them my MMR tanked 300 below my leagues average value (na.op.gg). Now im not saying that i deserve to be anything higher than what I am, but the system in place wont let me duo with Silvers, but it will place me with them? Can i get some support as to what I can do in the meantime until they fix matchmaking?

The problem is that the silvers have a high mmr and u have a low mmr. That being said there should not be silvers in your game. What most likely happened was a gold player duo'd with a silver player and they got into your game.

On my silver 1 account I am sometimes matched with low plats (plat5). it's just how the game works out.

usually lose with them anyway, cause the enemies team averages are all medium golds
