Since S3 Balance in this game has been terrible. You used to have to ban like 2 things. Khazix and Kassadin. Now i feel there is not enough bans and i have to face the same op champions literally every game. Also, Why are you guys ignoring the huge amount of bugs in this game recently i pay a lot of money for stuff on this game and i wish for a refund because the quality of this game is crap now theres more bugs then ever and you dont even address them.

They don't need to be replaced, they just need to stop thinking they know better than the people who actually play their game. Sure, they play the game, but they aren't millions of people. Statistics on league are very easy to come by and support many of the claims that you see on the board. The balance team either doesn't listen to them or simply thinks that 60 percent win rates are okay. Who are we to judge?
...honestly I feel like they all should have been fired 2+ years ago.
