Ranked problems

Hi im legends I climbed this season from bronze 3 to plat 5 . I notice the rank system is really wierd, in every division i reached the numbers 1 and 5 (example: silver5,gold1) where disgusting because riots system mixes ppl who are in 1 with ppl who are in 5 of next division and most of them reached there goal and dont really care about winning and focussing , no they just troll hard of afk much faster. Why woulnd u just keep the games division based. If ur in silver u only meet silvers and so on . Something needs to change bcs there is no fun if u tryhard and others tryNot bcs they reached there goals.
