nerf nautilus

this champion is so broken. he is tanky enough to just walk up to u, root u with the basic attack, gain a free shield (bcuz why not) and then if u try to escape he has a big ass anchor to keep u from escaping (which is impossible to dodge btw bcuz it has a giant hitbox and is faster than a blitzcrank grab). oh and lets not forget his point and click knock-up. WHAT IS THIS. how am I supposed to play against this champion???? PLEASE NERF
