Please remove rank 5 exclusive rewards for next season or make them only usable in rank 5s.

People who are interested in making a team don't need the incentive. When you introduce exclusive rewards, people who aren't really interested in forming a team start doing so just for the reward. They basically join what is essentially another solo queue except you have to do the matchmaking yourself and it takes forever. When you do finally find a team, any toxic experience becomes so much worse because of how long it took you to get things going. Then when it's over, you have to find at least one new member, but usually much more because even the none toxic team mates just leave. This usually ends up in the player spending another hour recruiting new people or finding a new team. Most teams end up being one day teams too so the next day, you start from scratch.

TL DNR There's no real benefit to this, it just introduces people that don't want to be there into an otherwise good game mode for those that are interested. It simply ends up increasing the level of toxicity resulting in a worse experience for all.
