Will he get a rework eventually or huge buffs or nerfs basically what is the plan for him

They still need to compensate him for the 
changes...
When they changed steraks to bonus attack damage , skarner didn't gain any damage on his Q because his Q scales with TOTAL AD.
And he only lost damage from building 
with steraks...
