Having fun

Hi everyone (please forgive my bad English) Why when i try to play a new champion or i suck in a game (normal not ranked) everyone wanna report me ? The point of a game is having fun so if i have fun and if i try to win and not let my team have a bad moment why report ? like why >< ! In league of legend i think that having fun is illegal and is always reported. Do you feel it too ?
