hecarim and ryze

recently i bought hecarim so i thought << let s the battle begin>>but then, i realized how week these champs was especialy when your team has no mobility and cant join you to the battle so easy .also his long cooldowns his hard managment skills and his low damage throw the 50 minite game mark makes him so week through these game,so i thought that heca must be reworked and especialy if it is to bring balance to these game .now lets talk about ryze, ryze has a medioum dificulty in early game and and izi but men i mean IZI victory after level 6 u just buy the casual ryze build and u have champs like heca that supposed to lock u down but ryze makes them unable to cross a pixel bie the permantly skills cast 0 cooldown ult s and the insta recap passive shields so i want THE DEAR RITO to read these to bring more balance betwenn those 2 characters thnx for reading.
