Can/Will RIOT ever make a westcoast server?

I moved to Oregon recently for college and played with 70 MS which felt really good and enabled me to do multiple things, (Stream Music, Stream the game, Play well and hit D3 xd) and moving back to California has been one of the worst feelings in the world. With where I live, having the best internet package my provider can offer as well as having any other process running in the background while playing league, my ping constantly fluctuates between 90-100 ping. If i try to stream, that's a complete joke looking as my ping jumps to 160 LOL. Any chance RIOT will ever make a west coast server? If not, can we get some info why or start a petition to be able to make a westcoast server? Im sure plenty of players would love to be able to play with better ping from the west coast.[sg-janna]

Will they? Nah man. That'd be a good decision. Rito is explicitly opposed to good decision-making.

In California I constantly have to deal with increased ping due to server location, i feel like its perfectly reasonable to add another server hosting location near to the west.

I play on 200 ping. it's hell.

They've said they arent breaking NA up into east and west

Um Oregon IS West Coast....

Im in Washington and I get 60 ping.

Now years ago I use to get 20-30 ping but they moved the servers

I exerience packet loss and ping issues ever since the server move like 4-5 years ago. I get better connection on the South America North. server.
