Just because a pro plays it

Doesn't fucking mean you should.

Ever since Morgana and Lux have been inserted to bot lane as a support along with a few others that originate from another lane, everyone has forgotten the traditional supports i.e. Leona, Sona, Janna, Blitz and the never seen(at least for me) Taric(As well as more). I'm soo sick of everyone playing these champs that do not belong in bot lane as support. It always always always always always turns out worse than it would with traditional bot support.

All they do:

1. Buy AP items
2. Use AP runes/Masteries
3. End up getting kills from use of 1, and 2 4, Have no sustain in lane
4. Have no peel for adc since they cant do handle more than 1 champ
5. Never buy wards/sightstone
6. End up feeding

For Morgana: Her stun is good if landed. But her shield in bot lane is absolutely useless. Yes you take some magic damage from the support but the damage is coming from the enemy adc so her spell shield is pointless. Her pool pushes lane and ends up being the ks later in lane since they only build AP items. Her ult... well i never see a morg ult since she's been dead most the game.

For Lux: Her stun is good is landed. Her slow is helpful when you finally fight but as harass is easily dodged and pushes lane. Her shield helps if they even level the dam thing but thats not what a support Lux would do. Her ult.. Well she only uses its last to secure kills that would be given to the adc if used otherwise.

For Annie: Her first is good harass but pointless since shes already out of mana to stun anything. Her second pushes lanes if used. Her third isn't helpful. Her ult is great when up and stun ready. But thats at level 6. And she's already fed a few kills to the enemy adc/support.

I could go on with the whole list but you'll never make it that far without backspacing out of this. All im saying is to stop playing the mid champ supports. They were made for mid and others. Thats it. Just because some pro played them in a tournament or streamed it online doesn't mean you can do it too with the same outcome. And to all you who dont own the traditional supports, buy them. Practice with them. Be a good support. Dont be like every person who thinks they are the best in their bracket because they watch twitch streams and pay for the summoner icons with mommies wallet money.
