CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT OF BRONZE!!!!!

Hello and im sorry for the imperfect grammer that is about to spill out but i have a real problem, i am a adc main in bronze. haha right? i know it's the hardest role but i just love the satisfaction i get when i sit in a perfect spot and just auto to death a triple kill. doublelift "adc can be the most gratifing or detrimental role to play" (don't quote me all i know is he said adc is the most gratifing).....anyways so how do i get out of bronze when i have people that play "riven jg" or teemo adc or something stupid that ends up getting the enemy fed. in my time of watching pros is that if you only back 3 times in 20 min have more than 140 cs and building youre 4th item i can win a game 75% of the time but when i get a olaf steamrolling me with his axes 10 mins into the game with a 4/1 record, what am i supposed to do? i have tried everything from playing the OP champs (jhin, mf who im not very good at but recently discovering why she is soooo good) all the way to the champs that im good at like vayne and sivir.....but what do i do when i get ran over by a ww zil and jinx that won't stop abusing me in lane? im sooooo confused about what to do to climb and would really appreciate some advice to climb and stop letting people tilt me into a 2 week break... with all the love and want to climb to play side by side with the pros , maniakool (plz someone help me!)
