Jungle Item on Shaco or no? Also Black Cleaver or LW

I've just started playing Shaco as of today, and I've seen a few different builds from some you-tubers and other guides. Most actual guides recommend you buy the warrior enchantment first item, but I've seen others just take an upgrade then rush tiamat and hydra. I've been doing this and found that I highly prefer getting the tiamat/hydra early, but then I find myself being confused late game because I have this un-upgraded jungle item and I'm not sure if it would be worth upgrading at that point. Opinions, tips, anything Shaco related? Also would it be better taking black cleaver or last whisper? I lean toward BC just because it has everything extra I want (hp, cd, ad, and armour pen), but it does cost more and other then the stats theres probably a more logical reason to take LW... I'm a noob so let me know guys. This is my general build I've been taking in order. jg upgrade, hydra, moby boots/berserker greaves, Static shiv, black cleaver, Infinity edge, bloodthrister. I've been selling the jg upgrade towards lategame.

Don't get black cleaver, ever. lol

Shaco really can't stack BC very well and though he likes the stats it gives, he can't make use out of the passive. Black Cleaver is meant to widdle down tanks and bruisers and Shaco should not be doing this. You'll get more damage from LW, but I wouldn't even be getting LW in most situations.

On Shaco, you can go jungle item first or Hydra first and it can work either way. At least get the smite upgrade, but you don't need the enchantment. It is a very inexpensive 40 AD 10 pen and CDR though, consider getting it after your Tiamat/Hydra. Mobi boots are best on him so he can run around and wreak havoc, but lucidity and defensive boots are also good options.

You can go for the Crit build and get IE and Static Shiv for massive Q damage (bonus for Triforce) but to maximize damage on your E, you just need to amass bonus AD and hexdrinker into Maw is one of the best for that. It also gives a shield which is perfect for an all in.

If you are going for a full crit build on Shaco, your damage will be centered on your Q, looking to one shot carries, and your final build will look like.

item 3074 item 3714 item 3087 item 3078 item 3031 with choice of boots. You can sell your jungle item for a last whisper in the lategame, but having the combat smite is really helpful (particularly Challenging Smite because Shaco is innately squishy, and you haven't built any defensive items).

A more well balance Shaco build would have more to do with his other abilities (particularly his E) and would revolve around more teamplay, meaning you won't be completely useless in a lategame teamfight.

item 3714 item 3074 item 3026 item 3156 and other items of your choice (either offensive or defensive).

Lastly, don't count out AP Shaco as his burst damage is higher, allowing him to assassinate targets even better. However, he will not be as an effective splitpusher later in the game. He is much more fun when trolling with your clone as he can burst targets with the explosion.

item 3724 (item 3100 use with caution) item 3285 item 3089 item 3135

Good luck in the future. Peace.
