New season should bring party IP?

Everyone is getting upset with all the op bugs in the new preseason. So in order to keep people wanting to play and try harder shouldn't we just get a party IP weekend the first weekend of the preseason? I mean it would only make sense that with a new season comes the opportunity to bring more IP in. This would be an excellent recruitment possibility and would make people want to keep playing despite the op stuff that has been created. Beside all of the "Phreak-level" puns made in the patch notes everyone knows that they aren't very helpful to anyone on the other side of the unbalanced snowballing champions. So why shouldn't we get the opportunity to get more reward for playing with such outrageous changes. I know that when the last party IP weekend was out my friends and I were almost forced to stay playing despite all the negative outcomes of games.
