Match-making in sliver and gold elo

I'm sliver 2 player and I play league since S5. Recently, I saw some issues in the match-making you match me either with golds or new sliver player who just finished their placement matches which really annoy me as hell they don't have the simplest mechanics in the map the game becomes uncarriable. What I want and what the other players want is matching us with people with at least the same mmr. Your main focus is on Diamond and higher elo match-making.
