Teemo Rework ideas

Passive: Gurellia warfare https://i.imgur.com/Z8OkV2T.png[/img] INNATE: Teemo gains invisibility if he stands still for 1.5 seconds without acting or being acted upon. He will remain stealthed so long as he doesn't move, doesn't act, or is displaced. If within a brush, Teemo gains stealth after 1.5 seconds even while moving and may move freely within its boundaries without breaking stealth.

https://i.imgur.com/22fVeyj.png[/img] Blinding Dart Range: 680 (increased by Adreline Rush if active) ACTIVE: Teemo shoots a dart at a location, dealing them magic damage and restricting vision to the first champion or large monster hit and dealing damage to all other hostile targets.

ACTIVE: Teemo doubles his bonus movement speed and gains Adreline for 3 (scales up with level, +1 second per additional level) seconds and prevents it from being disabled by damage for the duration.
PASSIVE: Teemo's basic attacks deal bonus Ability power magic damage and Poison icon poison his target.

https://i.imgur.com/UKZrTkX.png[/img] Noxious Trap PASSIVE: Teemo stores a Noxious Trap charge periodically, up to a maximum of 3 at once. (longer recharge time)
ACTIVE: Teemo tosses a Noxious Trap mushroom trap on the ground, which stealths and arms after 1 second, lasting up to 5 minutes. While armed, mushrooms grant sight around them. Mushrooms thrown on top of each other bounce on the previous one a short distance before planting. If an enemy steps on a mushroom, it detonates, poisoning all nearby enemies, slowing them (slow halved, now decays over time), granting sight of them, and dealing them magic damage (damage amped by 1.3) over 4 seconds. Noxious Trap have 6 maximum health and can only be damaged by champion basic attacks (2 damage from Ranged role ranged and 3 from Melee role melee).
Justification of the changes:
's passive is rarely used, the changes to his W now allows it to see some use and give him the ability to be a kiting lane bully which is his ideal fantasy- Blinding Dart is uninteractive for auto attack based champions, and being a click skill doesn't leave much for outplay. Giving him a waveclear ability and making the ability a skillshot allows for skill expression. This keeps the identity of the ability as a blinding ability while retaining the powerful ap scaling while allowing for auto attack based champions to fight back.
- Adreline (formerly move quick) is now an attack speed/movement steroids to solidify teemo's identity as a marksmen, which he lacked to now solidify his role as an on hit marksmen.
- Traps are no longer a death sentence for melee champions, allowing for some chance of catching teemo even if they run into a few mushrooms, and strategic placement of mushrooms as a scout is emphasized with increased cooldown of recharge, however, the damage amp, along with
is much more potent, rewarding strategic mushroom placements and allowing for more map control overall.
Overall, I wanted to give him that "front line" scout feel that paves the way and secures control over critical areas of the map, but just like an actual scout he would have to pick and choose which objectives he would want to focus on, and allow counterplay to his blind as I see that as the major source of frustration when people play vs
(unlike
's spirit refuge or
's counterstrike, there is no apparent visual indicator of the blind either, furthering player frustration) and lastly allow some usage of his passive outside of cheese strats which is rarely seen.
