Yes, and she has no mobility what so ever, and unless she has her stun up, no self peel. Build MR and you'll be fine. She does what any other mage does, just without skill shots. She is very annoying but their are ways to counter her. Having issues with her stuns? Get a A QSS , if she's just too bursty, get maw or Schimitar . She can be fought, she's just easy to play.
