Can we nerf thresh hook?

Okay, so I've been seeing more Thresh lately and so relevant that is hook is a longer that any other and offers a two second stun. Its hit box seems a little longer for such a big output. It seems too easy to just sit there and get a two second stun with a hook that goes straight across lane.
