The "Rework" Option

So I just want to start by saying that the Rework option is a pretty good idea. If you are going to lose no matter what due to an AFKer or something similar then being given a do-over with no penalty seems fair. However, there's also the other team to consider. That other team just sat through the queue, ban, champ select, and loading screen processes, which takes anywhere from 15-25 minutes on average and finally loaded in to a game that they just played for an additional 3 minutes just to get booted with absolutely no compensation whatsoever from a game that would have been a win for them. I'm not saying give the other team a free win in a rework scenario but at least give them some form of compensation like some IP or even just a few of League Points if it's a Ranked match-up. I request this as someone who has sat through all of this numerous times now and just feeling like I got nothing but a lot of wasted time as an end result.
