if we could add a mana cost to both leblancs return distortion and her ult, it would make her so much less frustrating to play against If we're leaving her damage as it is, then this has to be implemented. Also, dodging both her chains and distortions only to get 50% hp by two unavoidable q's isn't great gameplay.

They're nerfing her next patch so her W will be slower and her E will be even thinner. She will be hilariously easy to deal with. That E is not going to land unless you're in melee range.
