Nerf the new duskblade

The new duskblade is suppose to be a good first item, but its slow is too much. the damage is fine its strong but its fine. the slow is practically a root for .25 seconds. its insane a mf who has duskblade can just walk up to you auto you and follow you if you flash by just walking. please remove or nerf the slow.
