What is a good champion that can be played both top lane and jungle that does lots of damage but is built like a tank? Preferably someone who has some sort of cc with them. I'm trying to find something like this to fit my teams role when I play ranked with my friends. Someone who is just a wall that can peel for my my carries.

I like Maokai for this. I generally build RoA then full tank. I haven't tried, but I'm assuming that juggernaut items could work on him pretty well. Malphite could also work, although he isn't really a peel tank. Trundle, maybe?
Honestly, just take a tank and put juggernaut items on them. Now they're tanky and do lots of damage.

By far................. By far. This fucker needs nerfed. He don't even need to build any AD, just armor, that's it.... Just wrecks people. His passive is cool too.
