Riot, why you do dis

I'm so torn on the rune options. While some champs have obviously better ones like predator, phase thingy and the after cc one in the resolve tree for hecarim, for other champs like j4, they all seem so damn good. Even the slow one in the inspiration tree despite j4 not using any slow active items.

Also, I feel that press the attack and lethal tempo are gonna be hard to choose between for most on hit champs. Both are probably pretty frigging good for them.
