Balancing team in ranked games

I had an awesome idea recently... We all know that having someone who feeds intentionally or tries to ruin your game in ranked games is annoying and unfair. It would be amazing if in solo/duo mode the rest of the team could vote for kicking out the troller. I believe that being 4vs5 is better than having someone who feeds enemy team. Of course riot can improve that idea and adjust it in the game. I wait for your opinion on the subject.
