Placement And MMR

Hello, how does the new placement and MMR work ? I finished Gold 4, 6/10 wins, i got Bronze 1, it's not a problem i'll climb back, my current MMR 1,414 Silver 1 according to op.gg, i just feel like the elo drop was too steep, also i spoke with my friends, from plat 3 to siver 1, plat 4 to silver 5, how exactly does this work, it's far from accurate. It has it's good side also, the feed lords will now stay in bronze, silver never able to climb, if this stays this way, my mouth it;s shut, happy man.

you'll get a lower rank no matter where you belong. I belong in S5 (I know it's no big deal) so I got placed in B5 so on so forth.

That's not the problem, elo hell is right here, i get some players that honestly watching them play makes your eyes bleed, i finished fairly good on this secondary account, now why am i in this cancer, this is the problem not the climb, that i will do, no problem, but my game experience, wtf is this ?????????
