I Admit Brand's Damage Output Is Usually Pretty Good But His Range Needs A Buff For Him To Overall Be More Useful But More Particularly Is The Range Differences On His Spells Making It More Difficult To Combo Them Together Due To His E Being Almost Melee Range.
It's Just My Opinion But Possibly Increase The Range On His E W And R A Bit? his Q is fine But Everything Else's Range Is In Need Of Some Improvement For Him To Be Fully Viable In Most Situations
Why does Conflagration have a range of 625? Q is 1050 and W is 900. It would be nice if E had 50 -100 more range.
He already is viable, he wins a little more than half his games, deals above average damage, and is even very successful as a support.

This would just put him on the pro play radar.
We don't want that.
His E used to be longer, but the one nerf he's gotta was a range reduction and that's it. All you had to do in lane before was max E and E harass. Every time it was off cooldown, just E and you won. With Brand, just get 40% CDR and all you need is Q and W anyway.
