Why did i get the permanently banned when i only got 1 banned before?

If so, then this is what happened:
- 10 game chat restriction
- 25 game chat restriction
- 14 or 15 day suspension
- Permaban
I've only gotten the 15 day suspension once, usually you get the 14 day.

I Garen-tee you he didn't get two suspensions before he got banned.
