Yes this is a typical I just got my ass violated by a Lux and now I'm here to rage post. FACK THAT CHAMPION LIKE SERIOUSLY WHAT IS UP WITH HER BURST/RANGE/HARASS, ITS UNFAIR, TOXIC AS HELL AND EVEN MORE STRESSFUL THAN PLAYING AGAINST YASUO CUZ ONE SNARE AND YOU'RE DEAD POST 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway rage aside HOW is she allowed to exist in her current state?? I was one level behind her and she managed to one shot me at level 7 with just Lost Chapter from full HP without using ignite or an auto attack with her standard (bullshit) Q>E>R combo (I was slowed by Spooky Ghosts which is why she landed the Q but their support did no damage to me), all laning phase I was super behind cuz I was stuck dodging her stupid E which covers half the lane and has no warning where it will land until after its done its damage, she shoved me under tower more than once (my Jungler sucked that game and "ganked" once but left after clearing Lux's ward with raptor buff), and proceeded to steamroll the rest of the game with a 2 kill lead (she got another kill from her jungler ganking) and just a Morello's to start her rampage.

I've tried the typical play an assassin into her but it never works cuz she just pokes me to death, and when I engage she shields and snares me usually killing me if she has her ult up, I try mage to mage but that doesn't work well either, I was Ahri in that game and could do nothing against her (again her jungler was ganking effectively and mine was garbage which was a factor), I've tried everything I can into her and short of banning the bitch I have no effective way to counter her. If anyone Lilith (the Satanic Lady of Luminosity and being busted as hell herself Lux) main or otherwise has any tips for countering the piece of shit Rito believes is balanced that is Lux plz let me know.

Lol. I was feeling bad for you, thought you were playing like Talon or something, but then you said Ahri. I'm not sure that you should be struggling that much with Ahri against Lux, and Lux is nowhere near being anything close to broken.

I would suggest taking MR glyphs, and starting negatron cloak if you are struggling that bad, but this seems unnecessary, since you have decent ranged wave-clear and can farm under your tower. Even if you want to blame the jungler, if Lux has to be past the midpoint of the river to farm (since you're playing safe under your tower), any jungler will be licking their lips at an over-extended Lux.

A level 7 Lux with 60 AP and thunderlords (I assumed she took the right runes and masteries and has doran + lsot chapter so she should be around there) with her full combo will do 846 damage before any resistances. Assuming you had the MR runes like you were suppose to against a Lux especially if you felt un-confident mid that should give you 30 - 35 MR (depending if she took CDR or penetration mastery).

If we take the lower value and therefore the max damage she can do that's 30 MR or 23% reduction. This means you took 846 * 0.77 = 651 damage.

A level 6 Ahri with no health bonuses whatsoever has 830 health therefore one shotting you is impossible. I main Lux and honestly you can only start one-shotting when they're at 60% or less typically if they have no MR. Once you have the triad (Morello, Rabadon and Void) then you can one shot squishies from full health. Late game Lux falls back off though as Zhonyas will block her ult and people will have Mercurial to dodge the bind. You have about 15 minutes mid game where she has potential to change the course of a game.

Well if she had to use her full combo she didn't one-shot you, now did she? :^)

But seriously, she's easy to beat when you know how. Take me for example, I mained Lux mid until I picked up Brand, now I kinda rotate between the two depending on my mood.

If she keeps throwing E at you, then guess what? She's going to run out of mana very quickly, especially because she maxes E first. When she runs out of mana from doing that, whale on her.

I do this all the time, I get tantalizingly close so she will want to E me, but I'm off to the side she she has to choose between harras or CS (This only works if you can dodge her Q) When she goes OOM, I literally run/flash at her, E>Q>W, Ignite and she's dead.
