Vayne should be locked until a player hits Master tier

Because honestly, nobody below that elo has the mechanics to play her. What's the use in people picking her? Just play something else. Just my 2 cents.

Exaggerate harder.

If you lock a champion based on ranking, you're first of all restricting the entire player base that doesn't play Ranked at all (as you did not specify whether you mean locked period, or locked in Ranked, you imply locked period). Second, you're implying that only god-tier players can manage to control such a thing (which is laughably idiotic, considering we're talking about motherfucking Vayne). Third and finally, you're saying they shouldn't have the right to practice a champion if they haven't got a certain ranking; because, as we all know, someone who mained an entirely different playstyle is the only person to truly understand Vayne's "complex" mechanics.
