And in that regard, URF never did come back.

I know for a fact URF isnt coming back at all because it's toxic as all hell, ARURF has been gone for a whole year nearly.

URF has been gone for FOUR years. And it didn't have many of the mode-specific balance changes introduced later in ARURF. Alongside that, since then there have been massive changes to all classes, items, and runes.

So to claim that it IS toxic as hell is something you can't have the information to back up because it has not existed with champions, items, and runes in their current states.

I CAN claim that because it's been nothing but the same 10 or so champions every game in the old URF state and I was there to experience the hot mess, ARURF at least mixed things up and forced people to play/try new things. Especially with Today's runes/champions the All Random aspect makes it healthier, sure you can argue that you can reroll and still get shit that's unfair but at least you're forced to use rerolls and gamble on the chance to even remotely play those things.

No... you still can't. IS is a present tense word. You can claim it was toxic all you want because you were present for the past. But you cannot claim that it is because there is no basis for that claim. URF has not existed in the present state of the game.
