Like honestly I don't even want to take the time to explain all the factors that make me believe this change to 
W ability was completely ridiculous. What I want to find out is just why was it done? Screw complaining about nerfing it or w.e I just want to know why it was done period.

Xin needed buffs, do I agree with the current buffs? No.
I personally wanted a buff on the dianemeter range of his ult knock away so he could be a living gragas barrel.
But on subject
Xin is a Devourer attack speed styled jungler, if you were to compare him before this buff to any of the other Dev Junglers you would realize he was the worse out of all of them.
You had no reason to ever pick Xin over
None, you had no arguement, their was no arguement, he was the weakest out of all the dev junglers that I listed, when a champion is the weakest in a play style or job, that is when he deserves a buff.
Do I agree with how Riot did it? No. But to say he needed no buffs is idiocy.
They hit the AP ratio again lol. I know people think he's OP but the reality is he wasn't OP outside of low ELO.
