I run other games just fine and clear like Diablo 3. Need this fixed someone help, its not my drivers or anything to do with my PC ive redownloaded league and repaired it 2 times. Is the clinet really just done for?
it IS your computer, FPS is not dictated by riots server or your internet connection, it is something going on with the hardware on your PC. either a virus, or a program eating up too much memory in the background (google chrome is notorious for this)
If you are using a lap top it could be because you do not have it plugged into the wall outlet during play, as some laptops enter a low power usage state when operating on battery power, and that would adversely affect your GPU and CPU while playing league.
not the client, must be something wrong with your pc if you redownloaded league, because everyone else would have gotten the framerate drop, EXTREME solution is to wipe your drives and start fresh, but i would only do that if you are doing it for another reason like upgrading your pc.
What do you mean by redownload? Did you completely uninstall LoL and reinstall it and redownload all of the patches?
