Though where are and they are both unseen almost anywhere as i have only seen two people ever pick either outside of my friend group also i have seen some great rework ideas on the boards a few months back. So please rework champs in an order than better represents the need to

Taric is scheduled and they are already working on him. It's just that there was less work to do on Shen, so it will be finished before the work for Taric. Read all the news before complaining, not just the tiny bit that upset you...

Yorick may be the one after Taric, but I'm not sure it has been officially confirmed.
