Need FPS Help

My FPS is 58-60 constantly with the occastional 40 drop but I think I should have more considering my specs on my PC.

CPU: Intel Core I5-4430 3.0GHz GUP: Radeon R9 270X 2G

I also have played at max graphics/resolution to lowest graphics and have the max FPS uncapped but it sticks to 60 FPS. Anyone know why?

And yes, I know that 60 FPS is fine, but I just want to know why isn't it higher?

Check your AMD Radeon control center if vsync is checked in there

sounds like vsync is on. either in league or forced through your drivers.
