MMR problems

The MMR system in league is quite shot. I am curently in a situation and G5 where I am gain 12 points a win and losing 24 for a loss. This is making it impossible to climb and I can not seem to raise my MMR. Even though I am pull out ridiculous scores like amumu go 17 3 34....except that does not raise my MMR, when I'm clearly stomping kids that I should not be matched with. The reason I can not climb is b/c people in the high silver elo are truly not like gold players at all and just wander aimlessly...Riot can you please reset my MMR or make it so that the quality of a game u played increases yer mmr? not just wins and losses?
